Why everyone keeps coming back.

Nestled in the heart of Fairbanks, Alaska, The Brew & View offers a distinctive coffee shop experience that perfectly blends comfort, charm, and an unexpected dash of allure. This cozy spot is not just any neighborhood café—it’s a destination where great coffee meets memorable hospitality, served up by a team whose warmth and friendliness leave a lasting impression.

The Brew & View's menu caters to a variety of cravings, featuring everything from comforting classic treats to shareable bites. Guests rave about their tempting White Castle Sliders priced at $3.50—small yet satisfyingly hearty, ideal for a quick snack or a lighter meal. For those who want to indulge a bit more, the $8.00 whole pizza offers a tempting, savory option that feels like a comforting embrace after a chilly Alaskan day.

For the sweet-toothed, the candy selection is a charming touch—whether it’s the nostalgic $3.00 Theater candy, chewy Gummy Bears at $1.50, or the delightfully crunchy and flavorful peanut butter-filled pretzels also at $1.50, each bite perfectly complements a carefully crafted coffee selection. Speaking of drinks, baristas earn praise for creating delicious beverages like the rich and velvety white chocolate cocoa and creative lotus lattes that add a unique twist to your daily caffeine fix.

Atmosphere is where The Brew & View truly stands out. More than a coffee shop, it’s an inviting retreat where professionalism meets friendliness. Customers consistently highlight the warmth and charm of the staff—described as "super nice," "polite," and "sweet"—which adds an intimate and welcoming layer to every visit. The playful, confident vibe created by servers, who notably serve in tasteful lingerie, sets an unconventional yet tasteful tone, making your visit feel like a special, one-of-a-kind experience without compromising on quality or casual comfort.

The food portions here are generous, often enough to satisfy two people, which speaks to the genuine hospitality ingrained in this establishment’s ethos. From the best biscuits and gravy that keep locals coming back to the succulent breakfast sandwich packed with sausage, egg, and cheese on a flaky croissant, each dish is prepared with care and bursts with flavor that warms you from the inside out—perfect for the Alaska chill.

Whether you're grabbing a quick caffeine fix, settling in with a savory slice of pizza, or indulging in a sweet treat, The Brew & View offers more than just food and drink. It’s a sensory experience where the delightful aromas of fresh coffee mingle with friendly conversation and charming ambiance, ensuring you leave not just satisfied, but truly uplifted.

For anyone passing through Fairbanks, or locals seeking a refreshing twist on their coffee routine, The Brew & View is a must-visit. The combination of carefully curated menu items, big-hearted service, and that unique welcoming spirit creates a lasting impression. Don’t forget to tip generously—the attentive staff certainly deserve it.

The girls were super nice, beautiful, professional, and just overall super sweet. The biscuits and gravy is the best and I like getting a lotus drink from there. Didn't really care for the burrito I got, but that's OK, I would give this place more stars if I could.

The food is great and big enough portions to feed 2 people. The women are all very nice and make this place worth visiting multiple times. My wife loves the coffee and the London fog. She also loves the energy drinks.

Went there, ordered a burrito and a drink. Burrito was excellent. The girls were so polite and friendly! Thankfully they have a good heater! If you get food here, just remember to tip a bit more than at a normal coffee shop, these girls deserve it. $$

Breakfast sandwich (sausage, egg, cheese on croissant) was delicious! All the coffees were so good too. The fact that the servers were in lingerie was also a huge bonus. Super nice too.

Their loaded breakfast burrito is without question the best in town. I always get the hot white mocha to drink; it tastes better, has extra shots at no extra cost, and is about $6 cheaper than Starbucks. The baristas-always friendly, courteous, and fast with your order. Perfect place to get your day started!!!

Maybe awkward sitting there watching a half undressed woman make your sandwich but they do an incredible job number one they really care about your sandwich and how you enjoy it. There's sausage egg cheese Bagel is as good if not better than any in town extra large sausage extra egg. Even more surprised was there a roast beef with cheddar. I have an intolerance to gluten so I am very selective when I am willing to experience the negative aspect. It's got the where the only time I'm willing to subject myself to the gluten is when I go for one of their sandwiches. They are just done that well
